“When I first decided to sell my house, I was determined to do it differently. I chose to sell it privately, without the aid of a real estate agent. My aim was to have more control over the process and to save on the significant commission fees that agents typically charge. This decision was not taken lightly, and I spent considerable time researching and preparing for the sale.  Even my solicitor was against it.  Queue the private sale company.

In hindsight, I am incredibly glad I did. Their expertise and support were invaluable, especially since I opted not to use any outside signage to attract buyers – which is clearly not the norm.
